Stepping Stones Mentoring Seminar

ssmws

We all know the numbers. Drop-out rates are high among Hispanics…as well as unemployment rates. The Hispanic community, as well as the Black community are in critical stages, where their future hinges on their ability to overcome the barriers and obstacles that keep many trapped in a cycle of poverty.

Only through education, commitment, and the desire to achieve, will they be able to advance their community, and with the help from dedicated Stepping Stones Mentors, many can achieve their dreams and succeed in life.

We have a responsibility to help our own, and if you’re interested in participating in the advancement of these communities, we hope to see you at this event.

In cooperation with the Hispanic Republican Club of Navarro County, Duke Machado, Developing Manager of the Stepping Stones Education Initiative, will present the initiative and discuss the challenges facing many of today’s students.
