Other Convention News:

Volunteers are still needed to help this be the most successful event possible! Help is needed from adult volunteers in three categories: Registration, Sergeant-at-Arms, and Ambassadors. If you know someone who would be interested in serving in one of these areas, please access the volunteer form at the convention website and use that form to help us get more volunteers to sign up. Completed forms should be emailed to the chairperson listed as we must have a volunteer form completed for every individual.

Additionally, Chairman Munisteri is receiving a lot of questions regarding the need for the registration fee and the cost for the Gala Banquet. He has written a detailed explanation on these topics which is available at the convention website by using this link.

Because this is a 3 day convention and because we have added breakout sessions to the agenda (a new and exciting approach to the 2012 Convention for our attendees), the registration time has been reduced from 4 hours to 2 hours on Thursday morning before the First General Session. This makes it very important to register in advance to avoid long lines for on-site registration.

We strongly encourage you to register online today to avoid long lines at the convention – otherwise, you might find yourself being envious of your friends who are enjoying all the fun while you are standing in line. Additionally, you will be able to buy your gala banquet ticket before the event sells out and cruise through the pre-registration centers and will-call booths for tickets. Register today!
